This website
Visiting this site does not start an engagement and does not create a contract. Writing or calling does not create a contract either. If we work together, that is covered by a separate services agreement.
The practices listed on the site describe the kinds of work MBR can run. An engagement covers only what the services agreement names.
Who you contract with
MBR Technology LLC is the contracting party for consulting work described on this site. Ainzel is the platform MBR operates and uses to produce that work. You do not form a contract with the platform by visiting this site. If the work uses the Ainzel platform, that has its own terms. Those agreements win if they say something different from these terms.
Our work
MBR delivers consulting work produced on the Ainzel platform. Deliverables support the client's own decisions. They are not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.
Please use the site kindly
- Do not break the site or try to get at systems that are not yours.
- Do not use the site for anything illegal.
- Do not copy our content and present it as your own.
We may update or take the site down at any time.
What is on the page
The words, layout, and MBR marks on this site belong to MBR Technology LLC or to people who have let us use them. Ainzel and the practice names are used by MBR as operator of the Ainzel platform.
Links to other sites are there to help. We do not run those sites and we are not responsible for them.
If something goes wrong
This site is offered as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using it. If a court says we are liable anyway, that amount is limited to one hundred US dollars.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top tells you when we last did. If you keep using the site after a change, you are agreeing to the new terms.
Law
These terms follow the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without its conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Pennsylvania can hear disputes about this site.
